The Panama-Pacific International Exposition was held in San Francisco, California, in 1915. Lincoln Beachey flew his Beachey-Eaton Biplane at the P.P.I.E. prior to the completion of the exposition, as part of the pre-opening publicity and during the opening ceremonies in February. He then secured a contract to provide aerial exhibitions in both his Beachey-Eaton Biplane and Beachey-Eaton Monoplane, which he did until his death on March 14, 1915.
